Lexion

The LEXION System is a highly reliable product that aims to establish a new standard for Pneumoperitoneum in Laparoscopic and Robotic Surgical procedures.

The AP 50/30 Insufflator and InsuflowPort utilize real-time pressure sensing to provide balanced and steady pneumo. This intelligent and effective system allows you to operate at your desired Low or High pressure, independent of any leaks or instrumentation that may occur during the Insufflation phase.

Advanced Imaging Capability:

The PneuView Smoke Evacuator eliminates the negative effects of smoke generated by electrocautery units and other systems used during surgical operations, ensuring clear visibility in your field of view. The InsuflowPort, on the other hand, utilizes an improved CO2 insufflation flow to reduce optical fogging, enhance image quality, and maintain continuous cleanliness. This allows your surgeon to perform procedures with the highest visual clarity.

Increased Safety:

The one-way insufflator, AP 50/30, the closed access port, InsuflowPort, and the closed-loop smoke evacuation device, PneuView XE, prevent the entry of unfiltered room air and the release of abdominal gas, smoke, or viral particles into the operating room. This ensures the safety of the surgeon, operating room personnel, and the patient.

Cost-Effective:

Hospital and patient expenses should not hinder your ability to work with top-of-the-line equipment. LEXION believes in providing affordable, state-of-the-art technology to enable you to deliver the best service and care.

AP 50/30 Insufflator

A New Standard for Pnömoperiton

The AP 50/30 Insufflator maintains pneumoperitoneum independent of leaks or instrumentation that may occur during the insufflation phase, providing the ability to perform surgeries at low pressures, high flow rates, or standard flow rates for any laparoscopic or robotic surgery.

Continuous and Stable Flow Capability:

The AP 50/30 Insufflator preserves pneumoperitoneum independent of leaks or instrumentation that may occur during the insufflation phase, allowing surgeries to be performed at low pressures, high flow rates, or standard flow rates for any laparoscopic or robotic surgery.

It utilizes real-time intracavitary pressure and flow detection technology.

Provides 100% Carbon Dioxide

LEXION is committed to using 100% carbon dioxide to reduce the incidence of subcutaneous emphysema compared to using additional air. It has been shown that using air (nitrogen) to support pneumoperitoneum is dangerous and harmful to patients.

Multiple Mode Options

LEXION offers Standard/High Flow, Pediatric, Bariatric, Vessel Retrieval, and TAMIS (Trans Anal Minimal Invasive Surgery) modes.

Smart Insufflation

It utilizes real-time intracavitary pressure and flow detection technology to provide optimal pneumoperitoneum throughout the entire surgery.

InsuflowPort

Controlled Gas Distribution

InsuflowPort® is the only gas conditioning trocar and tube set that provides 95°F and 95% humidity carbon dioxide, optimizing visualization with clinical benefits.

Enhanced Visual Clarity

Heating and humidifying carbon dioxide within the trocar as it enters the body significantly reduces the rate of optical fogging, ensuring optimal visualization.

Pnömo-Stability

InsuflowPort® maintains sufficient flow rate and pneumoperitoneum even with an instrument present within the trocar. The gas does not escape through the port channel or trocar lumen. The gas flow is separated into an isolated external channel that directs the gas away from the port tip in a lateral direction.

Clinical Outcomes

By heating and humidifying pneumoperitoneum up to 95°F/95% and reducing cellular desiccation, the following outcomes are achieved:

  • Reduced hypothermia
  • Less peritoneal damage
  • Decreased post-operative pain
  • Reduced analgesic medication usage
  • Shortened hospital stay
  • Increased patient satisfaction

PneuView

Smoke Evacuation, Closed System

PneuView® XE is a closed-loop, active smoke evacuator. As abdominal gas, smoke, and combustion by-products flow from the pneumo insufflator to the patient, they are passed through PneuView® XE and directed to the central system via the aspiration device, removing them from the operating room.

ULPA Filtration

PneuView® XE Active Smoke Evacuator provides ULPA filtration, filtering out all harmful pollutants associated with combustion, including viral particles, down to 0.01 microns.

A Fresh Perspective

Enhance your visual clarity significantly. PneuVIEW® XE actively evacuates and eliminates all smoke, including hazardous gases, generated during surgery, ensuring a clear view throughout the procedure.

Customized Evacuation

With its unique push-button valve system, PneuVIEW® XE allows the surgical team to instantly customize the amount of smoke evacuation required. It can remove surgical plume particles and harmful byproducts generated at a rate of up to 15 liters per minute, while maintaining a clear field of view and preserving the pneumoperitoneum.
